Last Minute, Help!I'm a permanent resident of NC, but I'm away from home for college (though still in NC). I thought I registered here for the '08 election but just found out from the NC website that I didn't (I forgot it was just an absentee vote). What are my options? Is there something I can do still? I read something about a provisional ballot, should I consider that? Ahh help please! |
