Where can I find out which candidates are incumbents?

    The ballot does not list who is currently an elected official.

    Take a look at this voter guide to see who is on the ballot in your county: http://www.unctv.org/election/candidates/index.html. And here is a list of current elected officials: http://vote-nc.org/Officials.aspx?Report=NC.
